Peer counseling services provide one-on-one and group-based support facilitated by trained Peer Navigators with lived disability experience. Services focus on:

  • Building self-confidence and self-determination
  • Enhancing independent living skills
  • Supporting goal-setting and problem-solving
  • Navigating systems (healthcare, benefits, housing, employment)
  • Reducing social isolation through connection and shared experience

All services are voluntary, consumer-directed, and strength-based, reinforcing the individual’s right to make their own choices.
