We are here to help.

We are committed to serving our consumers and community.

We have free COVID test kits and NARCAN overdose kits. Please stop in the office to pick one up.

CDCI Survey

If you have the time, please click the link to complete the survey. We want to make sure you are doing okay during this time.

Do you have food? Do you have income? How about health insurance?

Take a couple of minutes and check-in with yourself and let us know. If you have barriers and need helping overcoming them, enter your contact information in as well and an advocate will reach out. Thank you.
